I purchased a plan but do not see it in my dashboard

- If you have purchased a plan but do not yet see the plan in the My Plans dashboard, the plan will first need to be started in order to see it under My Plans. Click the Start a new plan button to start your purchased plan.
- Add a Facility Name, Facility Type, and Your Organization Name. Click the Next button to save the change.
- The plan will now be accessible in the My Plans dashboard with the facility name.
