- If you can access a specific LegiDoc plan under Plans in your LegiDoc account but cannot renew the plan because it is not present under Account, please check to see if another person on your team has purchased the plan under their LegiDoc account. Actions such as manual plan renewals, enabling/disabling auto renewals, and viewing payment info are tied to the original user who purchased the LegiDoc plan.
