- Click Plans in the top navigation menu.
- Choose the plan that you would like to revise. Under the Actions column, click the ellipses. Then click Create Revision.
- A modal window titled Create Revisions will state "Are you sure you want to create a revision?" Click the Yes button.
- The Plan Revisions page will display information about your revision including the Id, Plan Id, Facility Id, Facility Name, Revision Numeration, Created At date, and Updated At date.
- To access the Plan Revisions page, click on Plans in the top navigation menu. Click on the number underneath the Number of Revisions column.
