My team member shared a plan with me but the plan is not appearing in my Plans dashboard

- Verify that your team member shared their plan with the correct email address. The only way to access a shared plan is to first click the link in the invitation email from LegiDoc.
- Once your team member shares a plan, you will receive an email with account information and a link to the shared plan. Click the link in the email from LegiDoc to accept the invitation and to access the plan. Please check your spam/junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.
- The shared plan will appear in your Plans dashboard after you click the accept link from the LegiDoc email. You can filter for the newly shared plan under the Plans dashboard by changing the dropdown from All plans to Plans shared with me.
