There are three reasons why a plan cannot be cloned including the following:
- If you receive a purchase error message after trying to clone a plan, you will first have to purchase a plan with the correct subscription type and then clone the plan.
- If a plan has been shared with you and you are not the facility owner, you will not be able to clone a plan. The facility owner will have access to clone the plan.
- If the plan has already expired, you will not have the option to clone a plan.
