My facility is not a healthcare facility. How do I exclude the CMS healthcare information from the plan?

- Go to Step 2 Enter Data, then go to the ASHRAE 188 Survey section.
- Click the Next button and a pop-up window will appear regarding CMS Healthcare Risk Assessment. Click No if you do not want to include facility risk assessment information about other opportunistic pathogens in your plan.
