Unable to clone a plan
Modified on: Wed, 15 Jun, 2022 at 9:04 AM
- There are a few reason as to why you would be unable to clone a plan such as not having any new purchased plans available or the LegiDoc plan is inactive.
- One reason could be that you receive an error message after clicking Clone Plan that states: "Please make a new plan purchase as you don't have any available plans left to use for a new plan. Subscription type needed: Basic, Pro, or Open " Click Purchase Plan to purchase a new plan. Be sure to purchase the same plan type as the original plan that you want to clone. Then you can proceed to clone your LegiDoc plan.
- You may also try to clone a plan, but there is no Clone Plan option under the Actions column when clicking the ellipses. Check to see if your plan has an Inactive state. Inactive plans cannot be cloned. Plans that are not renewed will become inactive. Inactive plans can only be viewed and edited. Inactive plans cannot be published or viewed as a draft. You can manually renew your plan any time within two years. Click here to learn how to renew your LegiDoc plan.
